Adaptive Computing Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a part-time corporate Controller for our main office in Naples, FL. This is a hands-on position, requiring approximately 4–8 hours per week. Requirements Strong skills with Excel and accounting software Proficiency with QuickBooks Excellent knowledge of subsidiary accounting structure Responsibilities Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and Revenue Recognition Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings Job Type: Part-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Work Location: In person
