MMS Group is seeking an experienced Porter/Groundskeeper for two residential buildings located in Brooklyn, NY.
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 1pm to 9:30pm

Your duties and responsibilities:
Daily cleaning of all common areas; dust, sweep, wet mop, vacuum, and empty garbage
Report all notable concerns such as vandalism, missing light bulbs or fixtures, and missing smoke detectors or extinguishers in the common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor
Keep the property and parking lots in a neat and orderly manner; check property throughout the day
Other duties associated with the maintenance of the grounds as assigned by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor

Minimum high school education or equivalent

Adherence to work-safety and risk management programs
