Office Manager

Our well-established client is currently seeking a Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join their growing team near Schenectady, NY.Responsibilities of the Office Manager will include:Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, deposits, and reconciliationsEnter and process payrollResponsible for oversight of office operations and services, including layout for efficiencyCoordinate logistics working with trucking companies for quotes and scheduling, troubleshooting and resolving issues as requiredAdminister employee benefits plansEstablish and maintain all employee filesReport and process employee disability and workers compensation filesProcures office equipmentMaintain inventoryPrepare and ensure adherence to annual budget, presenting to leadershipPrepare personal correspondence for leadershipOther duties as assignedJob RequirementsQualifications of the Office Manager:College Degree preferred but no requiredHighly experienced in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, ExcelStrong leadership capabilitiesTeam-orientedExcellent organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPay for this position is commensurate with experience and education ranging from $75,000-$100,000.To see a full listing of all our open positions, please visit:https://www.redshiftrecruiting.com/jobs-hiring-near-me
