If you have a strong background in sheet metal work and a commitment to quality craftsmanship, we invite you to apply and grow with us.Key Responsibilities:- Install, assemble, and repair sheet metal ductwork and HVAC systems according to specifications and safety standards- Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal components using hand tools and power equipment- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accurate installation- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to complete projects on time and within budget- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing HVAC systems- Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company policiesSkills and Qualifications:- Proven experience as an HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic or similar role- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, sheet metal fabrication, and installation techniques- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal equipment- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Valid driver's license and relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, EPA) preferred- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined or elevated spacesRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED3+ years of experience in HVAC sheet metal installation and fabricationStrong knowledge of HVAC duct systems and installation practicesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawingsProficiency with hand and power tools used in sheet metal workCompensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hourThere are many exciting options for a career in HVACR waiting to be explored
