MDS Coordinator
Develop preliminary and comprehensive assessments of the nursing needs of each resident, using the forms required by the current regulations of facility policies
Ensure that appropriates health professionals are involved in the assessment
Ensure that each portion of the assessment is signed and dated by that person completing that portion of the MDS
Conduct the interviewing of each resident of the residents assessment
Act as chairperson of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan team

Pay: $38.00 - $39.90 per hour
