Department Assistant II - part time

The Department Assistant (Research) will collect and clean laboratory glassware, sterilize equipment, maintain case supply stock and receive shipments. The pay range for this position is $17.53 hourly to $26.00 hourly. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and department equity. Collects dirty glassware daily from research labs Maintains equipment and glass washing room Maintains case supply stock Receives all shipments for the Research Department Handles dry ice Receives shipments for the entire Hospital Other duties as assigned Education High School diploma or GED required Experience Must possess a working knowledge of computers and medical supplies Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs.
