We Take Pride. We Own It. We ARE Safe.Position OverviewAs a Landscape Crew Leader , you'll lead our team to deliver top-tier service to our commercial clients. This position includes year-round outdoor work with seasonal responsibilities in commercial landscape maintenance and winter snow and ice management.This role is ideal for experienced landscape professionals who enjoy leading a team, taking ownership of work, and producing high-quality results.What You'll Do:Lead and oversee daily landscape maintenance operations on large commercial propertiesMonitor equipment condition and perform general maintenanceTrain, mentor, and support crew members to ensure performance and safety standards are metTrack job time, labor hours, and materials accuratelySafely operate mowing large commercial properties, roadways, and open spacesEnhance curb appeal and maintain high-quality landscapesLead renovations, enhancements, and installation projectsSupport critical 24/7 snow and ice management operations during winter eventsPerform work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, snow, wind, and rainRepresent Brilar professionally in appearance and conduct at all timesBenefits & Perks:No seasonal layoffsPTO & paid holidaysHealth insurance401(k) with company matchCompany-provided uniformsPremium pay for snow workReferral bonusesOngoing training and real career growth opportunitiesRequirementsWhat We're Looking For:Valid driver's licenseMinimum 3 years of experience in commercial landscaping and snow removalMinimum 3 years of experience supervising or leading a crewAbility to take ownership of job quality and ensure work is completed correctlyComfortable working in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, snow, wind, and rainSnow removal experience preferred (heavy equipment operation or sidewalk crew experience a plus)Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical work (walking, bending, standing for extended periods)Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a teamReliable, punctual, and positive leadership mindsetWinter Availability Requirements:Available to be on-call 24/7 during the winter season, including nights, weekends, and holidaysFlexible schedule with the ability to work extended hours during snow eventsCommitment to completing assigned routes and shifts when calledAdditional Requirements:Pass a pre-employment drug test and consent to random, reasonable suspicion, and post-incident drug testing
