Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire a Crew Payroll Specialist for an immediate opening. Job Title: Crew Payroll Specialist Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Duration: 12 months Employment type: Fulltime/Contract on W2 In this role, you will: Payroll System Utilization: High-volume payroll systems to process large payroll transactions, ensuring timely data updates and accuracy. Crew Compensation Management: Calculate and process complex payroll, including hourly wages, overtime, bonuses, per diems, and specialized travel expenses. Data Integrity & Compliance: Review, reconcile, and balance payroll data, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and union regulations. System Maintenance: Update employee records, including tax withholdings, deductions, and banking information, while maintaining data integrity. Support & Reporting: Respond to crew member inquiries regarding pay, deductions, or benefits, and generate comprehensive payroll reports for management. Required Qualifications: Payroll System Experience: Experience with high-volume, automated payroll processing systems. Knowledge of TPF: Basic understanding of TPF (Transaction Processing Facility) environments and their role in high-volume, real-time transaction processing. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of automated payroll systems, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and timekeeping software.
