Construction Project Manager

About The Role My client is seeking a Project Manager with extensive Construction experience to join their team and expand their Project Management function. You will primarily lead and manage site design, pre-construction, and construction activities, all the way through final handover.What You'll DoProject scope is Data Centers, Commercial Builds, & Industrial.Ensure timely completion of project milestones.Bring a multidisciplinary approach to projects, interfacing with teams across engineering practices.Travel up to 50%.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent professional experience.Data Center experience highly preferred; construction management experience required.8+ years’ experience in commercial, industrial or mission critical construction practices and procedures.Effective presentation development and communication skills.Proficiency with construction management tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar.BenefitsCompetitive salary range - $100,000 - $160,000401k MatchMedicalPaid Time Off + Sick time
