Mechanical Engineer (Ph.D.)

Overview In this role, you will contribute to Exponent’s Mechanical Engineering Practice in Los Angeles by tackling electromechanical, controls, and machine design challenges as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will support project development, analyses, and client-facing deliverables, while potentially collaborating with other practice groups. The role blends hands-on testing, data-driven analysis, and reporting to drive engineering solutions for complex problems. You will have opportunities to lead technically and to help grow the client base.
