If you are passionate about developing people, driving performance, and delivering high-impact training programs in a dynamic manufacturing environment, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.In this role, you will help build workforce capability by facilitating engaging training programs, coaching teams, and ensuring employees gain the technical knowledge and skills needed to succeed safely and efficiently.What You’ll DoAs a Delivery and Facilitation Specialist, you will play a key role in workforce development and operational excellence by:Conducting learning requirements analysis and establishing clear training objectivesDesigning, customizing, and delivering engaging learning programs, presentations, guides, and course materialsFacilitating classroom, hands-on, and team-based learning experiences using a variety of delivery methodsServing as an instructor in specialized aerospace skill areas such as Electrical, Structural, Quality, Systems, or related disciplinesObserving, tracking, and assessing learner performance to measure effectiveness against training goalsProviding individual and group coaching sessions to improve performance and knowledge retentionMaintaining a positive, productive learning environment and addressing classroom challenges professionallyEmphasizing and reinforcing all required safety procedures throughout training deliveryConducting Train-the-Trainer sessions to qualify and develop additional instructorsRecommending process improvements to enhance training effectiveness and operational outcomesEnsuring all courseware and training delivery complies with required regulations and standardsMonitoring implementation tools, training systems, and overall performance outcomesWhat We’re Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong background in training delivery, facilitation, coaching, or instructional developmentExperience in aerospace, manufacturing, technical operations, or related industrial environmentsKnowledge of adult learning principles and multiple instructional delivery techniquesStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to assess learner performance and adapt training methods for maximum impactCommitment to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvementPreferred QualificationsAdvanced degree with relevant experiencePrevious instructor or facilitator experience in technical skill environmentsExperience leading Train-the-Trainer programsFamiliarity with aviation industry standards and compliance requirementsExpertise in Electrical, Structural, Systems, or Quality disciplinesWhy Join Us?At PDS Tech Commercial, we connect talented professionals with meaningful opportunities that drive innovation.
