Title: Change Management Project ManagerLocation: RemoteDuration: ContractRequired Education Level: Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical disciplineRequired Experience (Years): 10Substitution Criteria: 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for educationTeam is seeking a candidate with Prosci CertificationDescription:Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO) program as a Change Management (CM) project manager (PM) supporting the EHRM-IO CM director or designee in answering actions and inquiries from EHRM-IO pillars, VA and other government entities. Provides CM project and planning support (e.g., meeting preparation and facilitation, event management and logistics). Provides support for writing and editing new CM content. Works closely with training and end-user engagement PMs to provide consolidated responses on behalf of end-user engagement and adoption (EUEA). Manages repository of CM responses to inquiries, CM risks/issues, CM task order requirements and CM weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reporting. Provides support for development of executive-level CM briefings and presentations.Minimum qualifications:• 10+ years of professional work experience• Experience managing Information Technology related projects• Well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies• Experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress• Must be able to identify and mitigate risks• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline, or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirementsPreferred qualifications:• Technical writing and editing expertise• Expertise in developing executive-level briefings and presentations using MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel• Prosci change management certification• Experience in the VA
