Senior Marketing / Proposal CoordinatorLocations: San Diego, CA or Sunnyvale, CASchedule: 100% onsite (5 days/week)OverviewWe’re partnering with a leading general contractor to hire a Senior Marketing / Proposal Coordinator to support high-impact project pursuits. This role will own the development of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that directly contribute to winning new business.This is a highly visible position working cross-functionally with leadership, business development, and project teams. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end proposal development (RFPs/RFQs), including planning, content coordination, writing/editing, and final production Partner with technical teams and leadership to create compelling, client-focused proposals and qualifications packages Develop interview presentations and support pursuit strategy for project wins Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and content workflows across multiple concurrent pursuits Ensure all materials are visually compelling and brand-compliant using Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite Maintain and update marketing collateral, resumes, and project sheets Track upcoming opportunities and support overall marketing and pursuit efforts Qualifications3–6 years of experience in AEC marketing, proposals, or pursuit coordination Proven experience managing proposals from start to finish Strong writing, editing, and visual layout skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience collaborating with technical teams and senior stakeholders Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint Familiarity with Cosential / Unanet CRM or similar tools is a plus What We’re Looking ForHighly organized and detail-oriented Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical content into clear messaging Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
