Real Estate Paralegal

Job Title: Real Estate ParalegalLocation: New Castle, DEWorkplace: OnsiteAbout the Role:Our client, a highly regarded commercial real estate law firm in Delaware, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their team!This position will work with the firm's attorneys and paralegals on sophisticated real estate and financing transactions from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be thoughtful, polished, hard-working, and detail oriented. Candidates should also have experience in title work and analysis.Responsibilities:* Title work, including the review of title searches and preparation of title commitments and title insurance policies.* Preparation of closing and conveyance documents, including deeds, transfer tax affidavits, and settlement statements.* Document recording procedures and Secretary of State filings.* Calculation and proration of various closing costs.Qualifications:* 3-6 years of Paralegal experience in real estate matters.* Paralegal experience in commercial real estate or related corporate and transactional fields is strongly preferred.* Excellent organization, time management, and professional writing and communication skills are required.* Ability to work independently, multi-task, and proactively manage a diverse workload under the direction of multiple attorneys.* Ability to reliably commute to New Castle, DE five days a week.Juno is an Equal Opportunity Employer that provides equal opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, genetic predisposition or carrier status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
