Manufacturing EngineerDepartment: Oracle L10/L11Employment Type: Full TimeLocation: 868Reporting To: Matt HoyeDescriptionFII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes and design assembly line layouts. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Engineering Department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.The Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate with design engineers to review PCB layouts, select appropriate equipment, and conduct process validation, while also assisting the Engineering Department as needed.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic assembliesDesign and implement efficient assembly line layoutsCollaborate with design engineers on PCB layouts and manufacturabilitySelect, install, and maintain manufacturing equipmentConduct process validation and yield analysisTroubleshoot and resolve process-related issuesDevelop and maintain process documentationPerform continuous process improvement initiativesOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering required; Advanced degree preferred2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing requiredExperience with SMT/Wave soldering processes preferredKnowledge of IPC standards and PCB manufacturing processesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsReasons you should work for us:Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.Basic life insurance and short-term disability coverage provided by employer.Supplemental life insurance and long-term disability coverage options available.401K with employer contribution.Personal, Vacation, and Holiday paid time off for all full-time employees.Onsite Aurora Health & Wellness Center available for all employees.Employees are continuously encouraged to learn and grow their careers in smart manufacturing.
