About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead strategic business development for our KPO services in the US market. This role will focus on expanding our presence across public accounting firms, third-party administrators (TPAs), and record keepers, while building long-term, high-value client relationships.The role will also support integration of service-led offerings with technology solutions such as RADAR360, enhancing our value proposition in the audit and compliance ecosystem.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Business DevelopmentDefine and execute the US growth strategy for KPO servicesIdentify and prioritize target segments and accountsDrive revenue growth, pipeline creation, and market penetrationPosition the organization as a strategic outsourcing partner2. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and manage senior stakeholder relationships (Partners, CXOs)Act as a trusted advisor on outsourcing, operational efficiency, and transformationDrive account expansion through cross-sell and upsell opportunities3. Deal Origination & ClosureLead large and complex deal pursuits, including RFPs and strategic bidsCollaborate with internal teams to develop customized KPO solutionsLead commercial negotiations and contract finalization4. Product & Technology EnablementIdentify opportunities to bundle services with RADAR360 and other solutionsSupport positioning of audit/analytics software within client engagementsLeverage prior experience in software/SaaS sales (preferred)5.
