Your main role will involve reviewing, drafting, and editing contracts related to talent deals, brand partnerships, and more. This position is 100% remote and incredibly collaborative.ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze contracts for influencer agreements, brand collaborations, and sponsorships.Ensure legal compliance and protect the interests of our clients and company.Draft and modify contract templates.Flag non-standard or problematic language for escalation.Maintain contract records and ensure proper documentation.Collaborate with internal teams and clients on legal matters.QualificationsParalegal certification or relevant legal education.2+ years of paralegal, legal assistant, or contract review experience preferred.Strong knowledge of contract law and experience in contract review.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.Experience in entertainment, marketing, or influencer management is a plus.LocationRemoteBenefitsHealthDentalVisionUnlimited PTOFamFluence Fridays: off at 3pm in your time zone #J-18808-Ljbffr
