The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing personalized insurance solutions, building long-lasting relationships, and contributing to sales goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing leads, consulting with clients about products, assisting with claims inquiries, and maintaining records for accuracy and compliance. The position also involves learning opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
