Role descriptionJob Title: Senior Specialist - Business AnalysisRequired Experience:Experience: 10 years of overall experience in P&C InsuranceDomain: Property and Casualty, Personal Lines Dwelling Product DP3Platform: Duck Creek Policy Role Summary:We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in P&C Personal Lines Specifically Dwelling DP3 products to support business requirement analysis product configuration initiatives and stakeholder engagement for Duck Creek Policy implementations The role requires strong onsite presence in Tampa, FL for close collaboration with business and technical teams and hands-on ownership of end-to-end requirement lifecycle Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end requirement gathering for Dwelling DP3 product enhancements new rollouts and regulatory changesWork closely with business stakeholders underwriting product owners and compliance teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirementsCreate and maintain BRDs FRDs user stories acceptance criteria and traceability matrices aligned with Duck Creek standardsCollaborate with Duck Creek Policy configuration development and QA teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirementsSupport product rollout activities UAT planning defect triage and production validationAct as a domain SME for Dwelling products providing guidance on coverage rating underwriting rules and state specific variationsParticipate in Agile ceremonies backlog grooming sprint planning reviews and support estimation and prioritizationEnsure compliance with state regulations and DOI guidelines applicable to Dwelling products Primary Skills (Must Have):10 years of overall P&C Insurance experience with strong exposure to Personal LinesHandson experience as a Business Analyst on Duck Creek Policy implementationsStrong domain knowledge of Dwelling Fire products DP3 includingCoverages deductibles endorsementsRating and underwriting rulesEligibility and policy lifecycleExpertise in requirements elicitation analysis and documentation BRD FRD User StoriesExperience working directly with onsite client stakeholders in a customer facing roleSolid understanding of Duck Creek product model pages forms and workflows from a functional perspective Secondary Skills (Good Depth Required):Experience working in Agile Scrum delivery modelsStrong understanding of UAT processes defect management and production supportAbility to perform impact analysis for product changes across states and coveragesKnowledge of integrations and downstream systems billing claims data reporting from a BA standpointStrong communication skills with the ability to interact with mid senior leadership and client executives Good to Have Skills:Experience with other Personal Lines products HO3 HO6 DP1Exposure to Duck Creek Billing or Claims functional understandingExperience in state rollouts especially Florida or other catastrophe prone statesFamiliarity with Duck Creek Insights reportingPrior experience in modernization or platform upgrade programs on Duck CreekExposure to regulatory filings and compliance documentation Soft skills & Other Requirements:Excellent written and verbal communication skill’s required for this onsite role Strong analytical and problem-solving mindsetAbility to work independently and take ownership of functional tracksComfortable working in fast paced multistakeholder environmentsWillingness to work onsite from Tampa, FLOther detailsBenefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree (“LTIM”):Benefits and Perks:Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, VisionShort Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage401(k) Plan with Company matchLife InsuranceVacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid HolidaysPaid Paternity and Maternity LeaveThe range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
