Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding overall sales objectives while ensuring a high level of customer service when promoting TPC products and strategic initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDrive new account generation for the organization through a daily cadence of prospecting and qualification activities.Develop undersold locations by identifying new applications and opportunities in a remote selling environment (digital, phone, etc.)Execute daily outbound sales calls & manage inbound callsPerform product demonstrations effectively over the phone and videoCreate territory / account plans and achieve sales objectivesAlign with internal resources to execute account plansUnderstand end market trends and industry best practices; utilize relevant value propositions to those end marketsProficiently sell both standard in-line and custom solutionsOther duties as assignedQualifications2+ years sales experience, preferably in an industrial settingProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectivesStrong communication, organizational and time management skillsAbility to listen and overcome objectionsAbility to embrace changeEffective time management and organizational skillsBachelor's degree in business, industrial distribution, engineering/technology or related years' experiencePrevious industrial sales experience a plusWorking ConditionsFull-time position with standard office hours.Flexibility may be required to support executive schedules, events, or urgent priorities.This position is eligible for the hybrid work scheduleTPC Wire & Cable Corp. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
