Role Overview We are seeking a Project Administrator to support project teams with essential administrative coordination, document control, and reporting functions on active construction projects. This role plays a key part in keeping project operations organized, accurate, and moving efficiently by supporting communication, tracking documentation, coordinating meetings, and assisting with project reporting and logistics. The ideal candidate brings prior experience supporting construction or technical project teams, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is highly organized with strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to project managers, site leadership, and project teamsAssist with document control, including tracking submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and project correspondenceMaintain organized project files, logs, and reporting documentationSupport scheduling and coordination of meetings, interviews, site visits, and project-related communicationsPrepare reports, spreadsheets, trackers, and other project support documentsHelp ensure timely flow of information between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendorsAssist with onboarding logistics, badging, timesheets, expense tracking, and other project administrative needsMonitor action items and follow up with stakeholders to help keep deliverables on trackSupport procurement and material/equipment tracking as neededMaintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling project-sensitive information Requirements3+ years of experience in a project administrative, project coordinator, or construction support rolePrior experience supporting construction, engineering, mission-critical, or industrial projects preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at onceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and OutlookExperience with project management or construction platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar is preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of professionalism, responsiveness, and follow-through WHY SHOULD YOU APPLY?
