The Production Associate will be responsible for assisting production lines, operating machinery, maintaining production outputs, and monitoring quality control processes. Additional duties may include collaborating with team members to meet project timelines, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and adapting to various tasks as needed to support manufacturing operations.QualificationsProficiency in Production Assistance and working effectively in production line environmentsExperience with Machine Operation and maintaining equipment functionalityKnowledge of Quality Control processes and ability to ensure strict standards are metAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and technologiesStrong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skillsCommitment to safety and attention to detail in manufacturing operationsPrevious experience in manufacturing or a related field is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required
