Position Title: HR ManagerReports To: CEOFLSA Status: Full-time, exemptJob SummaryThe HR Manager will be responsible for the day to day human resource functions of the company to include employee/labor relations, recruiting/on-boarding, benefits administration, and training. The manager will assist management with legal compliance, administration of personnel related policies and adherence to regulations.Essential Functions:Government Reporting as required by lawCompany benefit maintenance and enrollmentMaintain and complete Affirmative Action Plan in accordance with Plan requirementsPeriodic audit of all areas of the Human Resource FunctionManagement of all Human Resource FunctionsProcesses job requisitions, coordinating with manager(s) to determine best recruiting process. Acts as liaison with area employment agencies and advertising agencies to maintain job postingsInterviews applicants, coordinating appropriate employment testing if necessary.Job Qualifications:Excellent interpersonal and written communication/presentation skillsUse critical thinking to effectively solve human resource issues.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have ability to recognize and re-prioritize direction and priorities from many different people.Identify principles for utilizing, developing and conserving human resources.Demonstrate the ability to make informed decisions based on data and statistics.Must be computer proficient in Outlook, Excel and MS Word.Pursuing or obtained PHR (Professional of Human Resources) Certification is preferred.Experience:HR: 4 years (Preferred)Education:Bachelor's (Preferred)Benefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time off
