We are hiring a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for commercial vehicle towing, recovery, and roadside service.
This is a performance-based position. The more work you complete, the more you earn. This is not an hourly “sit and wait” job.
We are looking for drivers who want to stay busy, take calls, and make money.
If you prefer a slow pace or guaranteed hourly income regardless of output, this is not the right fit.
What This Job Looks Like
On-call schedule with nights and weekends
High call volume with consistent work available
Fast response expectations
Real recovery work, not just basic tows
Independent work with dispatch support
Responsibilities
Perform heavy-duty towing, recovery, and roadside service
Respond quickly to breakdowns, accidents, and emergency calls
Operate wreckers and recovery equipment safely
Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
Complete jobs fully with proper documentation and photos
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Valid CDL-A license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass DOT drug screening
Willing to work nights, weekends, and on-call
Comfortable working in all weather conditions
Must be reliable and responsive when called
Preferred (Will Increase Your Earnings)
Heavy-duty towing or recovery experience
Mechanical or diesel background
Experience with winching, load shifts, or accident recovery
Pay & Opportunity
$80K–$150K+ earning potential (commission-based)

No cap on earnings
