This internship provides hands-on experience in youth and family support, case management, and Wraparound philosopy, while working alongside experienced professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport case managers and learn how to submit documentationShadow Care Managers and observe family-team meetingsLearn about mental health and social service resourcesMaintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelinesRequirementsQualifications:Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Social Work, Psychology, or a related fieldStrong interpersonal and communication skillsEmpathy, cultural sensitivity, and professionalismAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionBasic organizational and documentation skillsPreferred Skills (Not Required)Prior volunteer or internship experience in social services or mental healthKnowledge of behavioral and mental health interventionsFamiliarity with case management systemsLearning OutcomesGain practical experience in mental health and social service settingsDevelop client interaction and assessment skillsUnderstand ethical and professional standards in practiceBuild a foundation for future careers in social work or psychology
