Food Service Operations Manager

Join our team as a Food Service Operations Manager, where your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences for our guests. In this role, you will ensure proper inventory management, maintain cleanliness in food and beverage areas, and achieve sales and profit targets. Key Responsibilities:Prepare food and beverage products in anticipation of high demand, following established store protocols. Conduct product sampling according to approved procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards consistently. Manage food operations effectively to optimize shrink, gross profit, quality, and supply management. Oversee inventory counting, stocking, and ordering while analyzing data to enhance store profitability. Operate various foodservice and beverage equipment safely. Maintain a clean and inviting workspace, including regular trash disposal. Inspect and ensure equipment meets cleanliness and operational standards. Implement and train staff on new programs, product changes, and quality specifications. Perform additional responsibilities as required. Qualifications:Required: Food Handler Certifications as mandated by local laws. Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D. Prior experience in a food service environment with supervisory roles. Strong ability to read and interpret business reports and documentation. Familiarity with product costing and profitability management. Experience with inventory management systems for product rotation and ordering. Skilled in prioritizing tasks, organizing work, and exercising sound judgment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. Excellent guest service skills. Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation equipment. Other Requirements:Availability for early morning and late afternoon shifts is essential.
