We're committed to excellence in everything we do, and we're seeking talented individuals who share our passion and values to join our team.What You’ll DoAdhere to Terex safety policies and proceduresFollow and promote The Terex Way ValuesMoving, stocking, receiving, and packing outbound warehouse merchandiseOperate warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasksRead and interpret blueprints and order acknowledgmentProperly crate and protect materials using hand and power toolWork with Replacement Part orders, shipping instructions and regulationsUnderstand types of fixtures to use for picking and moving each type of productUnderstand DOT rules and regulations for transport of all types of loads on highwaysMaintain clean work area and participate in 5s standardsTroubleshoot basic issues and problemsWhat You’ll BringHigh school diploma or equivalent.0-2 years of manufacturing experienceAble to lift up to 40 lbs and 40-100 lbs with assistance of others or lifting equipment providedAbility to read and interpret blueprints and order acknowledgment.Basic computer skillsCertified to drive a forklift or have the skills to obtain certification and perform maintenance checks each use1 to 2 years’ experience in related fields preferredPrepare bills of lading and shipping reportsCheck off shipments and observe truck loading operations, bracing and securing of loads to insure safe arrivalInterpret order acknowledgment as to ship loose bill of materialUnderstand the procedure for chaining and securing the units to the trailer for safe and damage free transport to the end customerBe able to perform these duties in all types of weatherCertified Welder preferred, but not requiredWhy Join UsWe are a global company, and our culture is defined by our Values — Integrity, Respect, Improvement, Servant Leadership, Courage, and Citizenship.
