Ensure patients receive a caring service in a timely manner.Requests and obtains medical records of patient members from various internal and external parties, including but not limited to, primary care providers, specialists, hospitals and pharmacies. Track controlled substance medication history.Scans, uploads, and attach documents to patient charts correctly, assists to maintain the accuracy of patient information in the EMR system.Follows up with patient to monitor condition and adherence to treatment plans under physician guidelines. Reports to providers with patients' progress.Facilitates smooth and effective daily communication between the patient, family members, and healthcare providers to ensure patient satisfaction and quality of care.Supports patient care by e.g. generating patient letters and referral letters, filling out forms for special services etc.May assist to address patient's medical inquiries, medication concerns and complaints under physician guidelines.Min RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred1 year of work experience in a medical practice, mental health experience is a plusKnowledge in medical terminologyExcellent verbal and interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to multi-task and use multiple systems, including MDLand, familiarity with data entry and retrieval in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systemsAble to work with pressureCustomer service orientation, always shows care, kind and passionate personalityBilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is requiredRendr is an equal opportunity employer.
