This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and comfortable managing daily kitchen operations while also stepping in to cook when needed.Responsibilities:Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth serviceCreate and manage schedules for kitchen staffPrepare weekly shopping lists Track and maintain kitchen inventoryStep in to cook during busy periods or when coverage is neededEnsure food quality, consistency, and proper food safety standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environmentSupport and communicate effectively with the front-of-house teamRequirements:Previous experience as a kitchen manager, lead cook, or similar roleStrong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practicesAbility to manage staff schedules and coordinate workflowGood organization and inventory management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by exampleReliable, responsible, and team-orientedPlease send your resume and a brief description of your kitchen management and/or cooking experience.Kitchen manager/lead cook's pay is determined on-site.
