Join our team and help create unforgettable guest experiences.THE ROLEThe Toledo Complex includes both the Huntington Center and the Glass City Center, and this role provides operational support across both locations. The Catering Attendant supports catering operations by assisting with event preparation, setup, service, and cleanup while ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to company standards.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in maintaining, organizing, and cleaning all catering equipment.Ensure all event signage is properly displayed.Set up tables, chairs, and catering areas as assigned by the Catering Supervisor or Manager in a timely and efficient manner.Set glassware, silverware, dinnerware, and additional event necessities according to event specifications.Maintain catered areas in a clean, sanitary, and organized condition throughout events.Serve guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of catering areas following events.Support overall event operations while maintaining high guest-service standards.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, candidates must be able to execute each essential duty with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Team members may work indoors and outdoors depending on event needs.
