Heavy Civil Project Manager

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with experience in heavy construction? Join our client's dynamic team and lead exciting projects to success! This role involves travel to various US states, including Massachusetts.Qualifications:Education: Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent.Experience: 5-6 years as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in heavy construction.Certifications: OSHA 30-hrs Construction Training; First-Aid/CPR.Skills: Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and team supervision. Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential.Key Responsibilities:Leadership: Plan, organize, and staff key field positions.Project Management: Establish objectives, policies, and performance standards.Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients and A/E contacts.Budgeting: Create and review job budgets, cost reports, and forecasts.Supervision: Oversee construction efforts to ensure compliance with design, budget, and schedule.Coordination: Manage onsite functions and administrative staff.Compliance: Ensure adherence to all EHS regulations.If you have the expertise and drive, we want to hear from you!
