This is a full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, maintaining office equipment and supplies, coordinating schedules, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting staff and clients to create an efficient and welcoming environment.The Office Manager is responsible for driving clinic operations, maximizing revenue, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. This is a leadership role overseeing front-end performance, insurance and billing accuracy, scheduling optimization, and staff accountability.Key Objectives:· Maintain full schedule utilization with minimal open slots· Ensure accurate insurance verification and financial transparency· Increase collections at time of service· Reduce billing errors and delays· Deliver excellent patient experience and retention· Develop a team that operates independently using structured decision-makingQualificationsStrong Communication skills and organizational skills with the ability to maintain clear and professional interactions with staff, clients, and vendorsProficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including scheduling, record keeping, and organizational managementExcellent Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a positive client experienceAbility to multitask, prioritize duties, and work independentlyProficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Office and scheduling toolsPrevious management or similar office leadership experience is a plus· 2+ years experience in medical office management or senior front desk role· Strong knowledge of insurance verification, copays, deductibles, and authorizations· Familiarity with medical billing workflowsCompensation:$22 – $28/hour (based on experience) + performance-based bonus opportunitiesHow to ApplySubmit your resume along with a brief example of how you improved operations or efficiency in a previous role.
