We’re committed to providing meaningful careers with flexibility, balance, and long-term growth.About the Role: As an HCM Implementation & Support Consultant, you will lead clients through the design, build, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of their iSolved HCM solution. This is a highly client-facing role requiring strong payroll and HR operations knowledge, HCM systems expertise, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to your clients — guiding them through system configuration, best practices, and process optimization — while ensuring successful go-lives and long-term system adoption.What You'll Do:Implementation & Project LeadershipLead new clients through full-cycle iSolved implementations, ensuring payroll and HR business processes are configured effectivelyConduct discovery and needs assessment sessions to gather requirements, advise on best practices, and guide strategic configuration decisionsTranslate client requirements and configuration decisions into system build specificationsServe as the functional subject matter expert (payroll, HR, benefits, compliance) throughout the implementation lifecyclePlan and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful and on-time go-livesIdentify risks, dependencies, and issues early — developing workarounds and escalation plans as neededClient Partnership & SupportServe as the client’s primary point of contact for system supportTroubleshoot system issues and partner with internal teams to drive resolutionCommunicate clearly and proactively with clients throughout the support processDeliver system training and prepare clients for post-implementation self-sufficiencyDocumentation & Process ImprovementDocument discovery findings, requirements, configuration decisions, action items, and implementation progressMaintain detailed project documentation and status reportingContribute to the continuous improvement of BPM’s implementation methodology and client experiencePayroll & Compliance ExpertiseEnsure accurate and compliant payroll configuration, including taxes and deductionsProvide guidance on payroll compliance, benefits, and HR policiesStay up to date on federal, state, and local payroll regulationsSupport payroll audits, reconciliations, and testing as part of system implementationsWhat you Bring:5+ years of hands-on HR and payroll operations experience (including payroll tax)Experience in a client-facing consulting or implementation roleHCM software implementation experience (iSolved strongly preferred)Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systemsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects at onceA collaborative, team-first mindsetPassion for delivering an exceptional client experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceFluent in EnglishWillingness to travel occasionally, as needed$50,000 - $80,000 a yearThe salary range provided is intended for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who meet the minimum requirements of the position.
