In this role, you will manage timelines, budgets, and subcontractors; support homeowners through the insurance process; and ensure consistent quality and safety standards across every job. This position is ideal for someone with construction or restoration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning outcomes from planning through completion.Key Responsibilities Project Oversight & ExecutionManage all phases of residential reconstruction projects—from scope and planning through completion and closeout.Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety expectations, and schedule commitments.Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, workmanship, and compliance with project specifications.Identify risks early and resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving forward.Estimating, Budgeting & Scope ManagementPrepare accurate estimates that capture the full scope of work using digital tools and available job documentation.Track budgets, change orders, and cost impacts to support profitability and billing accuracy.Ensure scope alignment between field conditions, customer expectations, and insurance guidelines.Scheduling & Team CoordinationCoordinate schedules and deliverables with internal departments, field teams, and subcontractors.Plan and adjust timelines to maintain workflow efficiency and minimize delays.Communicate needs, updates, and roadblocks clearly to leadership and team members.Customer & Stakeholder CommunicationServe as a primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the reconstruction process.Guide customers through insurance-related steps, documentation needs, and project expectations.Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and partners to maintain smooth execution.Safety & Quality StandardsPromote and enforce safety protocols to protect employees, subcontractors, customers, and job sites.Maintain high standards for professionalism, job site cleanliness, and customer experience.Qualifications EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, or a related field preferred.Experience1-2 years in construction, restoration, plumbing, water mitigation, or carpentry preferredExperience using Xactimate estimating software preferred.Experience using DASH or similar job management software preferred.Ability to manage 15-20 active reconstruction projects at once.Experience managing subcontractors and job schedules.Proven experience managing residential reconstruction and/or restoration projects.Skills & ToolsStrong leadership, organization, and ability to manage multiple active projects.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.Proficient with estimating and project management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).Other RequirementsValid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.Commitment to continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability.What We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceOpportunities for advancement and leadership growthSupportive team culture and consistent trainingFull-time position with stable, year-round workCompany-paid Health Insurance for the EmployeeVision and Dental insuranceCompany-paid Short- and Long-Term DisabilityCompany-paid Life Insurance401(k) with company matchingAncillary Benefits (Hospital, Critical Illness, Accident)Paid time off and HolidaysPI285671724#J-18808-Ljbffr
