You'll own Material Master data setup, Bills of Materials, routing, tooling, and capacity planning — ensuring production capabilities are aligned with growth opportunities from day one.What You'll Be DoingCreate and maintain Material Master data in SAP including routing, coating details, and certification requirementsBuild and validate Bills of Materials, link tooling PRTs, and integrate CNC programs into routersPerform powder weight and sintered volume calculations; manage finish, blank, and die drawingsFacilitate First Production Runs — verify BOM and cycle time accuracy and sign off on acceptance checklistsManage the Capacity Planning tool to identify equipment capacity links and propose growth flow paths to Sales and ManagementConfirm all documentation, control plans, and programs are in place before production launchWhat We NeedBachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field3+ years of experience in process engineering, SAP Material Master setup, and product launchKnowledge of manufacturing processes — Coating, CNC Machining, Sintering, and PressingCNC Programming experience — requiredFamiliarity with powder metallurgy and tooling processesStrong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings📩 Interested and qualified?
