Provides direct supervision and guidance to assigned personnel.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Biological or Physical Science with four years of related clinical/research experience; Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, ASCP registered, and three years laboratory experience; or Master's degree in Biology or Physical Science with two years laboratory experience required.One-year supervisory experience in laboratory setting applicable to the position.Advanced training in specialized techniques and basic research activities involving particulars of the laboratory to be served.
