Sandblaster (Grades 1-4)

Job DescriptionPay range for this position is $26.76/hr - $28.39/hr.This is an entry level position to work in the Sandblasting Trade. Applicants may be assigned any S06 Trade tasks, including (but not limited to): blasting, tending, grit removal, set-up of equipment, building tents, machine repair, operation of mobile equipment, and snow/ice removal.Required/Preferred Education/TrainingPreferred - High School Diploma or GED.Required/Preferred ExperienceRequired - Must be able to meet the requirements of the Physical Task Analysis, including working in confined spaces and wearing a respirator. Required - Must agree to participate in Lead/Cadmium testing and monitoring.Preferred - Experience using industrial blasting or vacuuming equipment.
