PositionEntry Quality Inspector at Saginaw, TX plant.What you'll doPerform inspection of tank or freight car assemblies, parts, or material the majority of the time to ensure conformance with standards and determine if product meets all requirements.Perform a variety of standard testing processes on in-process or final products during manufacturing or inspection and record and analyze results.Require knowledge of industry specific tests and testing equipment.May use automated and manual techniques including to perform non-destructive tests to identify errors or defects.May be responsible for testing during production and finished products.Follow all safety rules and practices.May be involved in safety committees or CI initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned.For new hires previous work experience and/or certifications may be considered for the corresponding job level position.What you'll needBasic knowledge of inspection tools and measuring equipment.Basic knowledge of operational function to be inspected.May be required to achieve certification 1 NDE method within 6 months.Perform basic quality control of incoming materials or end product.Why Join Trinity?Trinity Industries offers a comprehensive benefits program.
