Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Store Operations Manager, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring operational excellence. You will oversee daily store operations, focusing on customer experience, product quality, store cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations. Your leadership will be pivotal in training and developing a high-performing team dedicated to meeting sales and profit targets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire the store team to execute merchandising and operational initiatives, ensuring readiness for customers every day.Collaborate with assistant leaders and department heads to identify areas for improvement, formulate timely solutions, and implement action plans effectively.Drive sales performance by achieving or exceeding predetermined sales, revenue, and profit targets.Work closely with department leaders to minimize shrinkage while maximizing profitability across store departments.Regularly review financial performance and collaboratively develop budgets, including sales forecasts and expense management.Stay ahead of the competitive landscape to proactively adapt strategies within the district and store.Foster an inclusive environment where all team members are expected to demonstrate inclusive behavior.Engage with local community organizations to enhance store visibility and community ties.Build strong relationships with union officials where applicable.Communicate vital information to associates, empowering them to perform their duties effectively.Manage staffing levels to reduce turnover and retain top talent.Provide constructive feedback to associates on performance and development.Optimize labor and supply costs to meet both customer service and financial objectives.Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Commit to continuous professional development and staying current in your field.Supervise and mentor direct reports, conducting performance reviews and feedback sessions.Be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.QualificationsMinimumHigh School Diploma or GED3+ years of experience in retail management or as an assistant store leader with positive performance reviews.Successful completion of the required Leadership Essentials Program.DesiredBachelor's DegreeExperience managing financial responsibilities, including budgets.Over 3 years of retail experience.Experience as an assistant store leader.Supervisory experience.J-18808-Ljbffr
