UCSF Health is seeking a Workforce Data Engineer to develop governed data models and data pipelines for analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled platforms. You will work with data architects and stakeholders to translate workforce requirements into technical solutions, applying Kimball modeling standards and governance rules.
The role covers data integration from Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems, designing dimensional models, ETL pipelines, and ensuring data quality across the workforce analytics
