Client Service Specialist (41982)Our client is Wealth Management company in the Fox Valley area looking for a ClientService Specialist. This company is looking for someone with previous client experience, who is highly organized and has excellent attention to detail.The salary range for this position is $50k-70k.The ClientService Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:RESPONSIBILITIESProvide comprehensive client service support.Act as a primary point of contact for clients.Prepare and process standard client forms.Assist with account onboarding.Maintain CRM records and documentation.Prepare client meeting packets and support coordination.Monitor client account activity.Assist with training new staff.Perform other duties as needed.The ClientService Specialist will possess the following:EXPERIENCE REQUIREDAssociate or bachelor's degree preferred.1+ years in client services or financial service operations.Strong time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, detailed orientated, and a problem solver.Equal Opportunity EmployerThe compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
