If it aligns with your experience and aspirations, we’d love to hear from you!Role: Full stack Developer- Cloud ControlsLocation:Poland (Any where in EU can travel Atleäst once or twice in a month would be fine)Job Type: Permanent Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and manage cloud security controls and governance frameworks across public cloud platforms.Build and maintain automated compliance monitoring and enforcement solutions.Develop policy-as-code solutions to enforce security and compliance standards programmatically.Prepare technical specifications, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage technical dependencies across projects.Drive technical discussions and design meetings with stakeholders to achieve alignment and consensus.Collaborate with security, risk, and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical implementations.Work closely with engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and cloud-native engineering solutions with operational guardrails.Define and promote cloud security best practices, standards, and operational procedures.Partner with cloud providers including AWS, GCP, and Azure to implement and optimize cloud-native security services.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, cloud security, or related domains.Strong programming experience in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.Hands-on experience with Linux, containers, automation, and scripting.Experience designing, developing, or administering applications in AWS cloud environments.Good understanding of cloud security concepts, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance frameworks.Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in complex distributed systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Preferred SkillsExperience with AWS services and cloud-native security tools such as IAM, Security Hub, GuardDuty, Config, and CloudTrail.Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, or Kubernetes.Experience with policy-as-code frameworks like Open Policy Agent (OPA) or AWS Config Rules.Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and DevOps methodologies.Understanding of distributed systems, multi-tenant cloud architectures, and security isolation principles.Knowledge of compliance standards such as SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or similar frameworks.Experience with RESTful API development and cloud networking concepts.Exposure to serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda or Google Cloud Functions.Familiarity with container image lifecycle management and governance practices.
