Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vestal, NY, for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The CNA will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Additional responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility and exercise, ensuring resident safety and comfort, and documenting care activities accurately. The CNA will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality and compassionate care to residents. Qualifications Proficiency in assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feedingExperience in monitoring and recording vital signs, and documentation of care plansKnowledge of basic safety and hygiene practices for patient careStrong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with residents, families, and the care teamAbility to demonstrate empathy, patience, and a commitment to providing quality careActive Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificationPrevious experience in a rehabilitation or nursing facility setting is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent
