Part Time Remote Call Center AgentACD Connect is hiring for a Part Time Remote Call Center Agent. This position has the potential to lead to Full Time for the right candidate.The Call Center agent's position handles answering incoming calls from customers, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service issues, and provide general information. You will be a member of the primary contact will be responsible for assisting callers in completing donations online and over the phone.*This is a work from home position*Due to our current state contracts, we are unable to hire INTERNATIONALLY and in these states at this time: CT, CO, MA, DE, DC, NJ, NY, CA, OR, WV, MT, MN, AR, ID, WY, WA, AK, HI, PRAll applicants applying from these states or internationally unfortunately cannot be considered.Job DutiesAnswer incoming calls and respond to customer's emailsMaintain a friendly and professional tone on all calls and interactions with customersManagement and resolve customer complaintsInput customer donations in the computer systemIdentify and escalate issues to supervisorsProvide client service information to customersResearch required information using available resourcesResearch, identify, and resolve customer complaints/issues using applicable softwareRoute calls to appropriate resourcesDocument all call information according to standard operating proceduresRecognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer callsFollow up customer calls where necessarySkills and Requirements:Bilingual Strongly PreferredExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasksMust be able to type a minimum of 30 WPMProven ability to work as a member of a teamWindows PC Required, (Apple/Mac, Tablets, Smart devices, Chromebook, & Android systems are NOT compatible)Windows 10 or newer16GB of RAM on your PCMust have a hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connectionPrivate work at home environment free from interruption and distractionUSB HeadsetCompensation starts at $10.00/hourBenefits offered are: Personal Accident Insurance, Retirement plan with employer matching and after 6 months of continued employment Cell phone and Internet Stipends paid monthly.
