We're looking for material difference-makers to join our growing team.Overview: If you are an Engineering Program Manager who enjoys owning complex programs end-to-end, influencing technical direction without being a hands-on designer, and partnering deeply with engineering teams to bring sophisticated products to life, this role offers the kind of scope and ownership senior PMs look for but rarely find. We are seeking an Engineering Program Manager New Product Introduction (NPI) to join our team at our Headquarters in Plainview, NY. In this role, you will lead NPI programs for advanced semiconductor capital equipment, owning execution from concept design through process validation, ensuring readiness for manufacturing scale and the clean transition of products to sustaining teams. Your work will directly shape how new platforms and technologies scale into manufacturing and reach customers worldwide.Responsibilities:Own end-to-end execution of NPI programs from concept design through process validationTranslate complex engineering work into executable plans, schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation strategiesManage scope, cost targets, resources, and cross-functional dependenciesLead program reviews, milestone readiness assessments, and executive-level reportingServe as a program and business partner to Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Software, and Manufacturing Engineering teamsApply engineering judgment to identify risks, ask informed questions, and drive technical trade-offsCoordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and manage downstream program impactIdentify system-level integration and readiness risks without owning design workManage deliverables across the Product Life Cycle from concept through validation exitOwn program-level planning for process validation and manufacturing readinessPartner on Costed BOM accuracy and design-to-cost objectivesLead disciplined handoff of products to sustaining / CPI teamsServe as primary program interface across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Field teamsAlign stakeholders on priorities, commitments, trade-offs, and execution plansTranslate technical discussions into program implications and business decisionsSupport customer-site evaluation tools as part of NPI executionCoordinate material readiness and depot planning with Supply Chain and Field partnersIntegrate material availability into program schedules to prevent late-stage disruptionQualifications:Bachelor's degree required; Engineering discipline (Mechanical or Electrical) preferred, degrees in Manufacturing, Operations, or Business considered with strong technical program experienceMinimum 5 years managing complex, cross-functional engineering or NPI programsExperience partnering with engineering teams in a business or program leadership roleCapital equipment, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing experience preferredPMP certification or formal project/program management training is a plusStrong engineering acumen with the ability to understand complex electromechanical systems without designing themWorking knowledge of vacuum systems, robotics, motion systems, heaters, power supplies, instrumentation, and PLC-based controlsProven program planning, execution, and risk management capabilityAbility to manage multiple concurrent programs in fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication skills with technical teams and executive stakeholdersProficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and PowerPointExperience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)Familiarity with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks for design comprehensionSalary and Benefits: The expected salary range for this position is $115,000 $145,000, plus a bonus opportunity.
