Multi-Cloud Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION - onsite - permanent - WingstopInsight Global is seeking a Multi-Cloud Engineer to join a Dallas-based client in an onsite, permanent opportunity. As a Cloud Engineer, you will own the operation and reliability of enterprise cloud and SaaS platforms that support critical business applications and integrations. You will manage and support multi‑cloud environments across AWS, Azure, Oracle, Salesforce, and MuleSoft Anypoint, including platform administration, CI/CD enablement, automation, monitoring, and incident response. This role is responsible for maintaining secure, scalable, and highly available integrations and APIs; administering Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms; designing and governing GitHub‑based CI/CD pipelines; and partnering with development, infrastructure, security, and SRE teams to improve operational maturity, performance, and reliability. You will also support change management, documentation, and 24x7 uptime for business‑critical systems. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE7+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering; Hands‑on experience across the full cloud lifecycle, including deployment, operations, monitoring, incident response, optimization, and platform maturity. Multi-cloud environment experience- specifically with AWS and Azure Experience designing, maintaining, and supporting CI/CD pipelines, including hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, workflow automation, repository governance, branching strategies, artifact management, and secure secret handling. Strong understanding of API architecture, integration patterns, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SAML, JWT), and secure system-to-system connectivity. NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEExperience supporting and administering MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API lifecycle management, integration flows, deployment pipelines, environment promotion, monitoring, and troubleshooting of integrations between enterprise systems. Experience supporting SaaS enterprise platforms including Salesforce Cloud environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or related Salesforce ecosystem technologies) including user access management, integrations, environment governance, release coordination, and performance monitoring. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, SolarWinds, Datadog, Grafana, MuleSoft monitoring tools, Salesforce health monitoring).Compensation:$150,000 to $155,000 per year annual salary.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
