About the JobEntry-Level Jeweler / PolisherCompensation: $18-$22 per hourSchedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday | On-site in Boynton Beach, FLWe're hiring a Jeweler Apprentice / Polisher to join our workshop.This role is for someone who either:Has basic experience in jewelry polishing or comes from a hands-on trade and wants to learn bench jewelry work.You'll be working with small parts, tools, and fine details every day. This is hands-on, repetitive work that requires focus and consistency.Responsibilities:Polish rings and fine jewelry before and after stone setting,Perform rhodium plating and finishing,Check pieces for quality and consistency,Assist with basic workshop tasks and repairs,Requirements:1-2 years of polishing experience or hands-on trade background (mechanic, technician, etc.).Good hand skills and attention to detail.Comfortable working with small, delicate items.Reliable and consistent at work.Willing to learn and take direction.What This Role Is:Entry-level to junior bench position.Hands-on, production-focused work.Opportunity to learn jewelry craftsmanship over time.Benefits:401(k)Health insurancePaid time off
