As the Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, help lead a team of baristas, and ensure that every guest receives excellent service with a smile.What You'll DoAssist with managing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures.Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.Train, coach, and develop baristas to meet performance and quality standards.Support inventory management, ordering, and cash handling.Help achieve sales goals and monitor key performance metrics.Step into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing leadership role preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay positive under pressure. Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork.
