Youth Sports Coaches

We’re launching a brand-new National Academy of Athletics youth sports franchise in the South Denver Metro area — and we’re looking for our first wave of amazing coaches to help us make it a slam dunk success! What We’re Looking For: We want dynamic, reliable, uplifting individuals who bring their A-game every day. If you’ve got a solid sports background, love working with kids, and know how to bring the fun while keeping it structured, you might be exactly who we need. We are NOT looking for: “Just here for the paycheck” Anyone who doesn’t show up ready to teach and play Coaches who don’t high-five or cheer kids on What You'll Do: As an NAofA Coach, you’ll lead kids (ages 4–12) through fun, active sessions in the following sports: Flag Football, Basketball, Dodgeball, Baseball/Softball, and Multi-Sport We’ll provide the curriculum — you bring the energy, encouragement, and love for helping kids grow in confidence, teamwork, and skills. About the Gig: Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on experience & training) Schedule (current program needs): Flag Football: Fridays, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM After-School Programs (Englewood): Tuesdays & Fridays 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM Spring Break Camp: March 16–20 Half-day or full-day (TBD) Baseball Programs: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM on select dates Locations: Arapahoe, Denver, Jefferson, and Douglas Counties This is perfect for: College students Former athletes Anyone who believes sports can change lives A Day in the Life of a Coach: Show up ready to lead, teach, and inspire Keep kids safe, active, and smiling Be a team player with other coaches Bring structure, positive vibes, and energy to every session Communicate with supervisors and stay in the loop Requirements: Athletic background (we don’t need Olympians — just people who’ve played and love sports) Great with kids — fun, friendly, and full of patience Reliable and on time — every time High-energy and ready to move Flexible and adaptable (no two days are the same!)
