The Practice Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast - Miramar Beach, Florida Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast is a critical care, full-service hospital, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center. 76-bed community hospital with 8 open-ICU beds and 23 ED beds. 22,000 annual patient volume, approximately 50-55 encounters per day per hospitalist, and 6-12 encounters per day per hospitalist. No procedures required; vent management with intensivist help. Recipient of 5-star ratings on 2024 CMS overall hospitals, several 2023 PRC Excellence In Health Care awards, and one of America's Best Maternity Care Hospitals.
